Questions people ask first
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Your clinic stays exactly as you left it — you simply choose a plan to carry on adding to it. We will tell you before the fourteen days are up.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in both directions. Moving up takes effect as soon as it is paid for. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing is taken away early.
- What counts towards the limits?
- Branches you have open, clinicians and team members with an account, and patients on your books. You can see exactly where you stand in Settings at any time.
- How does Enterprise pricing work?
- It is quoted to the organisation, because the requirements genuinely differ — number of sites, integrations, and the support arrangement. Talk to us and we will put a number to it.
